The draft SOW covers computer systems analyst support, analytical tool dvelopment, data base support, electronic publishing, modeling and simulation, computer aided missile design computer based signature prediction, signals laboratory support and modification, and digital signal processing. The Draft SOW may be accessed on or after 04 August 1997 from the MSIC/DIA Home Page at http://ns.msic.dia.mil/ contracss.html and will be available for review until 31 August 1997. Comments, constructive criticism, questions and/or questions related to the Draft SOW should be submitted by e-mail to contracts@msic.dia.mil. The questions and/or comments will be utilized, if appicable, to clarify the proposed SOW before release of the Request for Proposal (RFP).
