D -- ELECTRONIC TAX BASE POC Cathy Collier, Contract Specialist (972) 308-1895 The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a SOLE-SOURCE purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition (SA) process to Tax Anaylsts, 6830 North Fairfax Dr., Arlington, VA 22213, for computer tax base for one year service from award date. The electronic product shall include, but is not limited to, state, federal, and international tax news and documentation, comprehensive, full-text new documents, full texts of current statutes, court decisions, administrative determinations and rulings, and similar tax-related materials. It is believed that Tax Anaylsts is the only contractor available to provide this electronic product. Therefore, this procurement is a SOLE-SOURCE and NO solicitation is available. Letters and telephone requests will not be accepted and are considered non-responsive to this CBD announcement. However, contractors with this capability may submit a PROPOSAL with PRICING to be considered by the Government no later than 15 DAYS after the date of this announcement.
