The program shall be used to provide core information to functional decision makers in the following functional areas: A. Current Operations, B. Mobility Records, C. Load Builder, D. Personnel Scheduler, E. Aircrew Status, F. Ground Trainoing, G. Student Tracking, H. Aircrew Status. The software shall be able to print out reports that identify what percentage of aircrew are ready, where they are and what their current assignment is. This software shall have a graphical interface incorporating windows functionality. This software shall use modern clinet/server technology while retaining expandability, portability, maintainability and interoperability while interfacing with other systems. Commercial off the Shell Software is preferred.
