Estimated quantities, delivery order limitations and any additional information necessary to submit an offer will be identified in the solicitation. The anticipated award will be made on an "All or None" basis. delivery is required 90 days after receipt of each delivery order. Delivery orders may be issued from any of UNICOR's ten (10) electronics factories FOB destination as follows: FCI Danbury, CT; FCI Fairton, NJ; FMC Lexington, KY; USP Lompoc, CA; FCI Phoenix, AZ; FCI Loretto, PA; FCI Memphis, TN; FCI Oxford, WI; FCI Big Spring, TX; and FCI Petersburg, VA.
