These Cypress parts are an integral component of highly specialized equipment used for flight test data acquisition. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with a distributor of Cypress Semiconductor in order to maintain physical, functional, and electronic compatibility within various data acquisition units. Delivery is required FOB destination to Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland within 30 days after contract award.
