Will issue on or about 9/15/97. Disinfectants, detergents and insect repellent must be registered with the Environmental Protection Agency. Complete effectiveness of disinfectant-detergent products shall be documented by test data from latest AOAC test methods, and conditions acceptable under "Efficiency Data Requirements" and "Confirmatory Data Requirements," DIS/TSS 1 through 10 of the EPA. All bidders must comply with the quality control system requirements of Fed Std 368A. A portion of the acquisition is set asidefor small business concerns. One or more items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979.
