Coats must be full length, wind tight, water repellant and have a comfort rating of +30 degrees farenheit to -50 degrees farenheit. Product must have rust proof zippers and heavy duty snap fasteners, rivet reinforced stress points, two-needle stitching throughout, 2 patch pockets one, left side, breast pocket, belt, and be navy in color. Product currently being used is RefrigiWear Coat #341 Navy. All coats shall be delivered to Landover, Maryland. All bids shall be FOB Destination. Purchase shall be made under the Simplified Acquisition procedures.
