TATD69-397. The U.S.Dept of Commerce/ITA proposes to negotiate on a
non-competitive bases using Simplifies Acquisition Procedure with the
WEFA Group, Eddystone, PA to provide from a econometric model two
forecasts with executive summaries and associated reports of
international tourism arrivals for more than 20 countries, to the U.S.
and to update and maintain that model for Tourism Industries. The WEFA
has provided this service for the last 10 years, thus has gained
experience in providing this service. Time is of the essence and past
experience uniquely qualifies the WEFA Group to provide this service.
Vendors who believe they can provide the required services are invited
to submit in writing and affirmative response demonstrating and
ability to immediately undertake these duties while demonstrating a
cost benefit to the Government. Any written responses must be received
no later than 15 days after the publication of this synopsis. No
solicitation document exists: therefore a request for such document
