The contractor is GE American Communications, Inc., Four Research Way, Princeton, NJ 08540-6684. Contract DCA200-91-C-0048 provides the lease of one 1.544 full duplex, dedicated, digital circuit between the Consolidated Space Test Center at Onizuka Air Station, CA and Thule AB, Greenland. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2). This contract action continues service to allow sufficient time for competitive reaward.
