A certified network engineer who has been trained in all operational and network connectivity issues associated with the Windows NT network system, is required to perform following functions: 1. Interface with and communicate with the various OCRM programs as to their communications needs and infrastructure requitements, 2. Enhance OCRM's existing remote access solution to better accommodate future network traffic requirements and user load, 3. Provide technical assistance and guidance to-remote persons in the setup, configuration and installation of client software nad hardware, 4. Maintain and administer OCRM's remote access server, 5. Maintain technical information concerning the next general technology tools that may be suitable for future OCRM use, 7. Provide information network user training to ensure that all users are fully utilizing network resources such as 3-mail, 8. Install proper software on desktop computers so that all users can access the Internet either through gateways, Telnet, FTP, or other appropriate means, 9. .i Respond to problem request received from the user community and provide on call remedial maintenace and servicing of defective or malfunctioning equipment. 10. Perform network diagnostic techniques to determine the basis for for any malfunctions and make recommendations for replacement parts, as necessary.
