This includes furnishing all labor, transportation, consultation, and supervision except as provided elsewhere in the contract. This is a "Personal Services Contract" as defined in FAR 37.101. The contractor personnel shall appear, in effect, government employees and shall be working under the general supervision of the Government, Department of Radiology, TAMC. Radiologic Technology Services are to be performed at Tripler Army Medical Center and Schofield Barracks Health Clinic on a 24 hour shift, on an "as needed" basis; First Shift -- 7:30 a.m. -- 4:00 p.m.; Second Shift -- 3:30 p.m. -- 12:00 p.m.; Third Shift -- 11:30 p.m. -- 8:00 a.m.. Proposed contract is for a firm fixed price requirements contract. Performance period is 1 Oct 97 through 30 Sep 98 plus four (4) option years. This acquisition is unrestrictive.
