The work includes providing all labor, supervision, tools, supplies, materials, and equipment required to install soil, sod, plants, trees and wood edging, and provide pest control services as required at the Housing Welcome Center Entrance, La Mesa Village, Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, California. The opertions to be performed include soil preparation; fertilizing; tree, shrub, vine, groundcover, and sod planting; edging; and staking and guying of trees. Work also includes landscape maintenance to include mowing, edging, rolling, aeration, fertilizing, watering, weeding, pruning, stake and guy adjusting, and pesticide application for all newly installed landscape areas. The contractor shall be licensed by the State of California Department of Pesticide Regulation in Category B (landscape maintenance) for insect, rodent, and foliage pest control. This is a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This procurement is set-aside as a Small Business-Small Purchase Set-Aside. The contract completion date is 150 days from date of award.
