The work is operations and maintenance services at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC) Training Complex, Goose Creek, SC by means of a Negotiated Best Value Source Selection. The contract type is a Fixed-Price Award Fee/Indefinite Quantity Work for a period of one year including an additional four option year periods. The following services include: Administrative; HVAC Systems; Facility Maintenance; Pest Control Services. Additional services for Custodial; Refuse; Transportation; Grounds Maintenace; Irrigation Maintenance may be added at a later date. The general scope of the contract may be expanded to include work of similar nature for additional areas services by the Navy Public Works Center Jacksonville (NPWC JAX), Charleston Zone.
