New construction will replace existing architectural entry with suitable structure to cover entire front porch. Design must, as a minimum, provide protection from rain, snow and ice, and be designed to correctly enhance the historical nature of the overall structure. Construction will be limited to the canopy area and minor electrical modifications needed for lighting. No modifications to the main structure are requested. 90 day acceptance period required.
