NASA/LeRC is hereby soliciting information for potential sources with demonstrated experience in the design and manufacture of liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen heat exchangers. The attachment to this notice contains the performance requirements for both items. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. Interested offerors/vendors having the required specialized capabilities to meet the above requirement should submit a capability statement indicating the ability to perform all aspects of the effort described. Please advise if the requirement is considered to be a commercial or commercial-type product. A commercial item is defined in "Note A".
