NNMC intends to award a sole sourced purchase order to Sulzer Intermedics, Inc. for the following items: CLIN 0001: Two (2) each Cat# 101-09 Micron Res-Q ICD (shock only with lead) and CLIN 0002: One (1) each Cat# 101-09U Micro Res-Q ICD (full service and lead). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
