The Navy requires 2 each of a temperature chamber with a minimum requirement of -100 degrees F to +350 degrees F. The working space inside the chamber shall be clear of all coils, circulators, and lights, with a minimum free volume of 27 cubic feet. The chamber inner liner shall be constructed of type 304 stainless steel with non-magnetic properties. The electrical supply shall be 240 volt, 3-phase, 60 cycle. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to NSWC 30 days after contract award. A fixed priced purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). It is anticipated that a formal Request for Quote will be issued. In a SAP this procurement is exclusively reserved for Small Business Concerns in accordance with FAR clause 52.219-6.
