The Government intends to negotiate a non-competitive, sole source commercial purchase order with Bruhn NewTech Denmark, for Annual Support for the Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Analysis System, a computer software application designed to predict the downwind hazard area from any nuclear, biological or chemical attack. The purchase will include Technical Support and any software updates to the NBC Analysis software at any time a change is made to the ATP 45(A). This procurement is authorized in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed solicitation is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation documents exist. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. However all proposals received within twenty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the government to complete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Telephone requests will not be honored. Note number 1 applies.
