The Government intends to negotiate a non-competitive, sole source commercial purchase order with Bruhn NewTech Denmark, for five (5) each Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical (NBC) Analysis System package, computer software applications designed to predict the downwind hazard area from any nuclear, biological or chemical attack, five (5) each support and enhancement fees to include technical support, standard warranty, and any software updates to the NBC Analysis software, and five (5) each hardware security keys. The purchase will also include manuals, training aids, and software updates. Delivery to be made to Langley Air Force Base. This procurement is authorized in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed solicitation is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation documents exist. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submitproposals. However, all proposals received within twenty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the government to complete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Telephone requests will not be honored. Note number 1 applies.
