The National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), a component of the US Department of Education, has the need for a major enhancement of the NCES Modeling Systems. NCES has revised the methodology that reconciles NCES and Current Population Survey Data to a PC-based system. The period of performance will be for 15 weeks. The Request of Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on August 28, 1997. It is anticipated that the closing date and receipt of proposals will be on September 12, 1997. Request for copies of the RFQ may be received by mail or fax to (202)-708-9817. Proposals received by 2pm on September 12, 1997 will be considered by the Government.
