The National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), a component of the US Department of Education, has the need for a NCES converted methodology for projecting US and State-level educational enrollment, earned degrees and related requirements that reconciles NCES and Current Population Survey Data to a PC-based system. The period performance will be for 13 weeks. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on August 28, 1997. It is anticipated that the closing date and receipt of proposals will be on September 12, 1997. Request for copies of the RFQ may be received by mail or fax to (202)-708-9817.
