The purpose of this procurement is to conduct research and develop models to quantitatively compare and analyze various health professionals training mechanisms and the benefits they provide. It has been determined that the Mr. Boex of the Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling this requirement.
