The US Army Yuma Proving Ground intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Spectral Dynamics, Inc. 1983 Concourse Drive, San Jose, CA for the addition of hardware/software maintenance and software updates for three each SD1201-1 Vibration Control Systems and one each SD9000 Vibration Data Acquisition and Analysis System. Spectral Dynamics is the only source to provide this service due to proprietary data rights for the system. All responsible sources may identify their ability to meet the subject requirement by addressing their technical capabilities, hardware/software compatability with those of Spectral Dynamics no later than 19 Sep 97.
