The requirement is for the following: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, services, equipment, and competence to chemically clean (hydroblasting not acceptable) USCGC TAHOMA, USCGC CAMPBELL, USCGC RELIANCE sewage piping systems so as not to interupt entire system capabilities at one time. The incorporated chemical cleaner used shall be an organic biocleaner compatible with all local, state, and federal compliance. A closed loop chemical circulation processis required to ensure there can be no transference of any waste. A mobile recirculation unit is needed capable of entire system handling capabilities.
