Burdick Comprehensive Healthcare Facility, 1 Main Street, Belcourt, ND 58316. The Contract Orthopedic Surgeon will be available 3 days a month. One day a month of the 3 days will be set-aside for surgery. The dates and time will be scheduled by the outpatient department staff. All specialty orthopedic equipment necessary for both clinic and operating room will be provided by the contract orthopedic surgeon or the Quentin N. Burdick Comprehensive Healthcare Facility providing such equipment is available. Ancillary operating room and clinic personnel, including a certified registered nurse anesthetist will be provided by the facility. Proposed contract must have current valid unrestricted license to practice medicine in any state of the United States. Must be board certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
