The Defense Supply Service-Washington on behaf of the Defense Investigative Service intends to conduct negotiations for credit reporting services on a single source basis with EXPERIAN, Corte Madera, California. For services providing specifically formatted credit reports from 50 states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and foreign locations covered by miliatry post office numbers for the Defense Investigative Service. These services are critical to the agency's mission which is to obtain credit reports in the DIS format. The credit report is the secound part of the two part personnel clearance process. The period of performance is for twelve (12) months. All responsible sources able to provide this service are invited to identify their interest and ability to meet this requirement by submitting a response to include technical capability, pricing data and other information which shows a bona fide ability to meet this requirement within 10 calendar days of this notice. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals or other information received in response to this notice.
