The Contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, and services to perform mail-in clipping service which includes, but is not limited to the following: (1) Clippings of published news and opinion articles and direct feeds from news wire services related to coverage of the United States International Trade Commission, and (2) clippings from U.S. and Canadian newspapers, periodicals, trade publications, and direct feeds from news wire services will be delivered by mail to the ITC within seven days of publication. The U.S. International Trade Commission anticipates awarding a contract for a base year with four (4) option years. Interested firms should submit a written request for a copy of the solicitation. The ITC will accept no telephonic responses. Faxed requests are acceptable. The fax number is (202) 205-2337. Firms that responded to the Request for Sources published in the CBD on May 16, 1997, need to submit another written request to receive a copy of the solicitation.
