PARTNERSHIPS FOR PROGRESS -- PENNSYLVANIA DOD SUBCONTRACTING CONFERENCE The Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) of SEDA-Council of Governments (SEDA-COG), in cooperation with the Defense Contract Management Command (DCMC) Reading is sponsoring the Second Annual Central Pennsylvania Subcontracting Conference on Tuesday, September 30, 1997 at the Hotel Brunswick Conference Center in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Representatives from more than 20 major DoD prime contractors will be meeting one-on-one with representatives from small businesses.
