Donovan 413-253-8233 The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids on a contract for the Maintenance Area and Trail Improvement at Blackwater NWR. This is a re-issue of Solicitation 50181-7-B048 due to changes in Technical Specifications. The work shall include all labor, materials and equipment necessary to excavate existing soil, placing gravel fill materials and paving portions of the project in accordance with the specifications outlined in the solicitation. The SIC code for this acquisition is 1611; size standard is $17 million. This is an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656 and is open to any size business.
