Estimated gross weight of 55,302 pounds. These brass shells will be for sale "as is", "where is". The brass shells are located at the Investment Reutilization and Recovery Unit of the Panama Canal Commission, Building 42, Diablo, Panama, Republic of Panama. The brass shells shall be removed no later than 30 days after the date of award. A Demilitarized Certificate shall be submitted after the removal and demilitarization/ mutilation process is completed at the purchasers premises. A written statement that the brass shells will not be sold to a foreign government shall also be submitted with the bid proposal.
