The Navy requires manufacture of practice warhead section assemblies in accordance with U.S. Army Missile Command Drawing No's 18876-10084726, 18876-10084726, 18876-13367181, 18876-13367182, and 18876-13367184. Assembly consists of special locking screw, ballast, body and ogive. Various military specifications apply. This requirement is for a minimum quantity of 2,000 each, and a maximum quantity of 2,800 each. Delivery is required FOB Crane within 90 days after award. This procurement is being processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns; the applicable SIC code is 3483 and the size standard is 1,500 employees or less. It is anticipated that a formal Request for Quotations will be issued to satisfy this requirement. FAR Part 12 procedures will not apply.
