This is a sole source procurement to Litton Systems Inc,Electro-Optical Systems Division,12155 52nd St Tempe Az 85281, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c). The mount design is proprietary to Litton Systems. The requirement is for 130 each Helmet Mounts for the Binocular Night Vision System, RBR Ballistic Helmet. The required delivery date is 26, December 1997. The award willbe a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Shipping terms will be negotiated as FOB destination.
