Delivery is to be made to the NASA, Goddard Space Flight Center, Wallops Flight Facility, Wallops Island, VA 23337. Delivery is required within 180 days after the award of a purchase order. Award is anticipated to be made within 7 calendar days after the closing date of the RFQ and will be made to the responsible firm submitting the lowest responsive quote. This synopsis is being issued seeking expression of interest from vendors desiring to furnish the above described item to the Government at the address set forth below. A written request for quotation (RFQ) will be issued 15 days after publication of this notice. Comments should be forwarded to the identified point of contact via electronic transmission or by facsimile transmission. Please supply name and address of company as RFQ will be mailed to all companies desiring one. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
