ISA-St. Louis ISA-St. Louis has a valid requirement to purchase film to support the microfiche machine in the Personnel Electronic Records Management (PERMS) area. PERMS is an automated system where military personnel records are stored on optical digital imagery. Microfiche is created in PERMS using the ANACOMP COM machines. ISA-St. Louis needs 136 rolls of film for the ANACOMP Com machines. Anacomp is the sole source for this film. See Note 22. (0238)
