Morton, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-1200 Proposed effort will provide computer modeling of damage to tunnel facilities to support test and tunnel-defeat demonstration planning as well as development and validation of theater and deliberate planning-tool damage algorithms. The effort will develop, verify and validate first-principle computer models for damage to tunnel facilities that incorporate damage mechanisms for both small-yield conventional weapons and large-yield nuclear weapons. The solicitation for this effort will be issued on or about 10 Sep 97.
