Taylor, (757)441-6888 The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Arizona State University to provide labor and material to Duplicate-Eliminated Precipiitation Data Set. A land-base global precipitation data base with data extending from the 19th century until present. This data base will be part of the global Historical Climatology Network data base which includes temperature and pressure data as well as precipitation. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Arizona State University under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement within ten (10) days the date of synopsis. (0239)
