This Request for Proposal (RFP) supersedes the original SOL Number DU100C000018561, DUE 0316097 -- Commerce Business Daily Announcement -- Cite: (W-009 SN018798), Issue No. PSA-1760, dated Monday, January 13, 1997, is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following: Services to be provided are to facilitate the sale and/or of HUD-held and /or insured single-family and multifamily mortgages and Title I home improvement and manufactured housing loans, the Department needs assistance in determining which mortgages are marketable, preparing mortgage documents for sale, packaging and marketing the mortgages, soliciting subcontractors for credit reports, site inspections, environmental inspections, market studies, performing detailed seller due diligence, providing logistics support during seller and buyer due diligence periods and in conducting auctions and closing transactions. This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis inviting Full and Open Competition. It is not a Small Business or Small Disadvantaged Business Set-Aside. The SIC Code is 8721 and the Size Standard is $6.0 million. The performance period is one (1) year with three (3) one-year option periods. Multiple awards are anticipated.
