The purpose, if a solicitation is issued, is to provide the performance measurements systems to eight (8) small and rural Indian Health Service hospitals in the Aberdeen Area. The performance measurement system must have the ability to measure clinical performance and must be able to perform statistical analysis on this information to show the mean, median, rate/ratio, and standard deviation/variance. Indicators must be applicable to both hospitals and ambulatory health care facillities. Services are required for the period of December 20, 1997 thru December 19, 1998, with options to renew for a two one-year terms. The project will be expanded during the first option year to include five ambulatory care facilities in the Aberdeen Area. (0239)
