Z -- DESIGN/BUILD B-2 SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE FACILITY, TINKER AFB, OK SOL DACA56-97-R-0042 DUE 101697 POC Susan Killgore, Contract Specialist, 918-669-7272 The facility is an addition of 5,500SM to the B-2 Integrated Support Facility (B-2 ISF). The project also alters 450 SM of the B-2 ISF. The add facility will house the B-2 Flight Control Hydraulics Integration Lab (FCHIL) and the Flight/Mission Simulator (F/MS). This project will be acquired by a concept design (approximately 15%) request for proposal for a design-build contract. The facility will have extensive security requirements since the entire facility addition will be constructed as a Class B vault with no TEMPEST (only Red/Black communications requirements). Air permit during construction not required for this add-on facility. Estimated cost range of this project is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. The plans and specifications will be available on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. It has been determined that the number of Compact Disks be limited to one (1) per firm. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed hard copy format. Requests must be made in writing. No phone calls to order please.
