This acquisition will include the purchase and calibration of a feedwater control system consisting of feedwater (drum level) controllers, steam flow transmitters, drum level transmitter, feedwater control valves with I/P converter and 4-20 position feedback module; a control and monitoring system consisting of a master pressure controller, fuel/air controllers, trim controllers, actuators, fuel actuators, oxygen analyzers, recorders, purge and low fire relays, temperature transmitters for boiler flue gas, temperature transmitter for boiler feedwater temperature, pressure transmitter for main header pressure, steam flow transmitter, recorder for recording variables for steam header pressure, main steam flow rate, main steam totals, outside air temperature, feedwater temperature, alarm horns, power supply(s), hand held calibrator, control modules; all necessary schematics, drawings, operating and maintenance manuals; and startup and training services. Any contractor/offeror responding to this notice must submit appropriate descriptive documentation, pricing, and references which will substantiate their ability to meet the stated equipment and calibration requirements.
