Postal Service (USPS) is seeking pre-qualification statements from suppliers interested in responding to a requirement to establish an ordering agreement for direct vendor delivery of commercial-off-the-shelf electrical and electronic items to the USPS mail processing and distribution sites nationwide. Orders are to be transmitted via Electronic Data Interchange, and payment made through Electronic Funds Transfer. This program, known as the Repair Parts Initiative -- Phase II, Electrical and Electronic Products, requires that all interested sources complete a "Pre-Qualification Package." The Pre-qualification Package (which includes the Statement of Work) may be downloaded from the USPS Web Page at http://www.usps.gov/business/wantad.htm.
