NAVSURFWARCENDIV has a requirement for Power Supplies P/N 202A203000, as manufactured by Lockheed Martin Fairchild Corporation, Sarasota, Florida. These units are to be procured as spares and must integrate precisely with the existing USH-33 TAPE Transport used in the EP-3E ARIES -II and ES-3A aircraft in terms of form, fit, function, and compatibility. An indefinite quantity with a minimum of 3 each, maximum of 10 each will be procured. Inspection and acceptance will be at origin and delivery will be FOB destination, NAVSURFWARCEN Crane IN. Delivery for the minimum quantity of 3 each will be within 120 days of effective date of contract. Delivery orders may be issued for a period of three years for the remaining units to a maximum of 10 each. Delivery schedules for delivery orders will be 120 days from issue date.
