synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with
the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as
supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This
announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being
requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT not be issued. The
solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those
in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45. Simplified
Acquisition Procedures will be followed. This is a 100% total set aside
for small business. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. All
responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration. The Standard
Industrial Classification; (SIC) is SPECIFICATIONS Item 1 -- Tubes
shall be glass, plain, sterile, silicone coated on the inside,
prelabeled, with premeasured vacuum sufficient to draw 5ml of blood.
Tubes shall be sealed with a red rubber stopper and shall be 12mm
outside diameter, and 75mm in length. Item 2 -- Tubes shall be glass,
plain, sterile, silicone coated on the inside, prelabeled, with
premeasured vacuum sufficient to draw 7ml of blood. Tubes shall be
sealed with a red rubber stopper and shall be 13mm outside diameter,
and 100mm in length. BID SCHEDULE The Government reserves the right to

A legible copy of the delivery order may be used as a packing slip.
DELIVERY TIME: Delivery is required within 30 days from the date of
award. Offers that propose delivery that will not clearly fall within
the applicable required delivery period specified above, will be
