Kay, (808)474-2397 Ext. 212, Contracting Officer Purchase of eight (8) 20' MILVAN/CONTAINER CHASSIS, dual axles, eight wheel, and four back bottom corner post container locking devices and shall be made from a suitable material which satisfactory performs without permanent deformation or abnormality. 20' length, 8' width, 55" height, 5,000 -- 6,000 lbs, 75,000 lbs (min) GVW. Chassis shall compny with the State Public Utilities Commision (PUC), Department of Transporation (dot), Safety Inspection, and have a valid Safety Decal upon delivery. Items shall be delivered FOB Destination to FISC Pearl Harbor within 30 days after date of contract. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
