a requirement for non-personal services for Laboratory Analytical
Procedures to provide all labor, equipment and supplies to accomplish
laboratory analytical procedures for the following sample types: 1.)
Test Methods for Evaluating Solid Waste: Physical/Chemical Methods EPA
SW-846 and 2.) Standards Methods for Examination of Water and Waste
APHA-AWWA-WPCF minimum 17th Edition, Contractor will be required to
perform the following analyses on samples: WATER a) TCL VOC's EPA
Method 624, b) TCL VOC's EPA Method 524.2, c) TCL BNA's EPA Method 625
(Bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate to be detected to 1 ppb), d) TAL Metals
EPA Method 200.7 (Al, As, Ba, Ca, Cd, Cu, Fe, Hg, K, Mg, Mn, Pb, V.
Zn), e) Pesticides and PCB's, SOILS f) VOC EPA Method 8240, g) BNA's
EPA Method 8270, h) Metals EPA Method 6010 (Ag, As, Al, Ba, Be, Ca, Cd,
Co, Cr, Cu Fe, Hg, Mg, Mn, Ni, K, Pb, Sb, Se, Ag, Na, Tl,V,Zn, i) Total
Cyanide, j) Pesticides and PCB's, DISPOSALS (TCLP) k) Volatiles method
EPA Method8240/1311 (TCLP), l) Semivolatiles EPA Method 3510/8270,
1311 (TCLP), m) Metals EPA Method 1311 (TCLP), n) Pesticides/
Herbicides EPA Method 1311 (TCLP). Offerors must be certified to
perform the required analyses by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts,
Department of Environmental Protection. The applicable SIC code for
this effort is 8734. For the purpose of this requirement, any concern
having a annual average gross revenue of less than 5 million dollars
for the last three fiscal years is considered a small business concern.
