The Air Force Development Test Center (AFDTC), Eglin AFB, FL, intends to award a contract for the maintenance support of Tricord Model ES5000 to SARCOM Atlanta, Suwanee, GA 30174. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside IAW 19.502-2. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform this maintenance service including 24 hr. 7 day week telephone support, initial site visit to validate system configuration, quarterly visit for preventive maintenance routines and system updates to be performed on weekends between 8:00 P.M. Friday and 6:00 A.M. Monday CST.; 2 week coordination required. Perform all recommended Tricord flashes during quarterly visit, perform on site service to replace failed parts, next business day. Shipment of replacement parts shipped 2nd business day. Defective parts do not have to be returned before replacement parts are sent to user.
