Contractor will be required to furnish all labor, parts and emergency repair. Hours of coverage are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. excluding national holidays. Emergency response differs for each site and range from one (1) hour to twenty-four (24) hours physical response time. Personnel must be competent and have successfully completed a formalized training program for the equipment listed in the solicitation. Period of performance shall be for base year with three (3) one year option renewals.
