The Government intends to acquire the services described below under the procedures outlined in FAR Part 12 -- Acquisition of Commercial Items. The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire preventive and remedial scheduled maintenance of food service equipment (and all emergency service to properly maintain all units) at the enlisted dining facility, buildings 3900, 601 and 602, Naval Air Station, Pensacola, FL. Both preventive and remedial maintenance shall be performed by not less than one (1) qualified service technician for buildings 601 and 602 and not less than two (2) qualified service technicians for building 3900, between the hours of 7:00AM and 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Emergency services shall be provided on an on-call, as needed basis, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including weekends and Government holidays. A firm-fixed -price contract is anticipated for the above requirement. The solicitation will require the submission of a price proposal.
