Services nonpersonal: provide all equipment, tools, & materials necessary to perform the following: calibration and repair of approximately seventy-five pieces of electronic test equipment from the following manufacturers: Amplifier Research, Ando Electric Co., Hewlett-Packard, Loral, Narda, Rhode & Scharz, Siecor, Tektronix, Wandel & Golterman, and Wiltron. Equipment will be sent out for calibration and repair. The period of performance is 01 Oct 97 TO 30 Sep 98. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with ISO 10012-1, 1 May 93, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994,and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. This contract is subject to the Service Contract Act and the place of performance is unknown. Wage determinations have been requested for MI: Gwinn in Marquette County; PA: Reading in Burks County; TN: Memphis in Shelby County; FL: Lake Mary in Seminole County, and Pensacola in Escambia County; TX: Arlington in Tarrant County, Richardson in Dallas County, and San Antonio in Bexar County; AL: Huntsville in Madison County and Mobile in Mobile County; VA: Manassas in Alexandria County, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Hampton, and Newport News; MS: Biloxi and Gulfport in Harrison County; GA: Monroe in Walton County and Centerville in Houston County; and LA: New Orleans in Orleans County. The contracting officer will request wage determinations for additional localities if asked to do so in writing by 10 Sep 97. Anticipated award date is 01 Oct 97. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by this agency. This action is unrestricted. Proposed issue date of solicitation is 10 Sep 97. This Request for Quote is issued under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), and award will be made in the form of a purchase order. Subject to FY98 funds.
