The sole-source contract will be a cost plus fixed fee, labor-hour contract and will have a base period of six months with 33,333 direct productive labor hours, and a single three month option period with 16,667 direct productive labor hours. Continuing support services are considered to be essential to the continuation of the Office of Science and Technology's mission. There will be no formal Request for Proposal issued for this action.
